Welcome to the Admissions Process

Embarking on your child's educational journey is an exciting step, and we are here to guide you through every phase of our admissions process. We aim to make your experience as straightforward and informative as possible, providing a clear pathway to becoming part of our school community. From the initial application to enrollment, our comprehensive process is designed to ensure that all prospective families have the information and support they need. Explore the various stages at your own pace, benefit from optional opportunities like campus tours to gain deeper insights, and feel free to reach out to our admissions team with any questions. We're excited about the possibility of your family joining ours and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for every student.

Experience our campus firsthand by scheduling a tour. While not mandatory, we highly encourage prospective families to visit and witness the vibrant life of our school community. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore our school and classrooms.
  • Meet our dedicated faculty and staff.
  • Observe our dynamic learning environment in action.
  • Ask questions and receive personalized attention.
  • Get a feel for the culture and values that define our educational approach.

To arrange a visit at your convenience, please contact our Admissions Office. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing what makes our school unique.

  •     Schedule an assessment appointment for the student and submit a $75.00 non-refundable assessment fee, recent report card, and IEP (if applicable).
  •    Receive notification of the assessment result.
  •    Schedule a parent interview with a TWS administrator.
  •     Receive the admissions decision from the school.
  •  Pay a $475.00 non-refundable annual registration fee. Online Payments here
  •  Complete and submit the Transcript Request Form and the online application.

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, and monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms.


  • The summer program is mandatory for all new students.
  • Complete and submit the summer registration documents.
  • Pay the $500.00 summer program fee by June 26.
  • Submit the online enrollment packet via FACTS  by July 22, 2024.
  • Provide the birth certificate and completed Child & Adolescent Health Examination Form.
  • Submit additional medical forms for allergies and asthma (if applicable).
